How to Enter The Conveyancing Awards
To enter The Conveyancing Awards, register on our Judgify digital platform where you can create a login and manage your submissions.
Entries should be between 300 and 1,000 words and demonstrate how you meet the specific criteria for your chosen category.
You can review and amend your submissions at any time before the deadline. The entry fee is £150 + VAT for up to three categories, with the final deadline for submissions on 31st March 2026.

Judges are looking for clear, concise entries that showcase your achievements with facts, figures and evidence e.g. testimonials or metrics. Remember to show us why you have the leading edge in conveyancing!

The Judging Process
- Independent Assessment: Each judge reviews their allocated categories privately and confidentially, awarding points based on how well entries meet the published criteria
- Conflict of Interest Management: All judges must declare any conflicts of interest with entries they’ve been assigned and will be withdrawn from that category accordingly
- Shortlisting: Once all judges’ points are collated, the shortlist is determined and will be announced on The Conveyancing Awards website and social channels week commencing Monday 13th April 2026.
- Quality Standards: The judging panel reserves the right to withdraw a category if insufficient entries meet the minimum expectations or criteria
- Final Decision: The judges’ decision is absolute and final in all cases
- Winner Announcement: Winners will be revealed live at The Conveyancing Awards 2026 ceremony at The Londoner Hotel on 14th May 2026.
