How to Enter The Conveyancing Awards

To enter The Conveyancing Awards, register on our Judgify digital platform where you can create a login and manage your submissions.


Entries should be between 300 and 1,000 words and demonstrate how you meet the specific criteria for your chosen category.

You can review and amend your submissions at any time before the deadline.  The entry fee is £150 + VAT for up to three categories, with the final deadline for submissions on 31st March 2026.

Judges are looking for clear, concise entries that showcase your achievements with facts, figures and evidence e.g. testimonials or metrics. Remember to show us why you have the leading edge in conveyancing!

Who Should Enter

Our Award Categories

Dedicated to teams who specialise in managing the unique challenges of new build property transactions, this award celebrates teams that excel in coordinating between developers, buyers, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression from reservation to completion. Judges will be looking for evidence of exceptional project management, proactive communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple new build developments simultaneously while delivering outstanding service to all parties.

In this category, entrants must demonstrate the below providing evidence (metrics, testimonials etc) where possible:

  • Clear, efficient processes from reservation to completion
  • Strong coordination with developers, conveyancers and lenders
  • Proactive management of issues and timescales
  • Consistent, transparent communication throughout the journey
  • Evidence of delivering a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Positive feedback from developers, agents or buyers

Here’s your chance to shine! This award honours an individual sales progressor who has gone above and beyond in their role, demonstrating exceptional skill in managing property transactions from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who consistently delivers outstanding results, shows initiative in overcoming obstacles, provides exemplary client care and maintains strong relationships with all parties in the chain. The winner will be that special someone who makes the complex conveyancing process seamless and stress-free for their clients… a true master of keeping things moving!

In this category, individuals must demonstrate the below providing evidence (metrics, testimonials etc) where possible:

  • High levels of organisation and transaction management
  • Strong relationships with agents, conveyancers and clients
  • Proactive steps to keep chains moving and resolve issues quickly
  • Consistent delivery of excellent customer service
  • Evidence of outstanding results or client recognition

This award celebrates teams handling the distinct challenges of commercial property transactions in conveyancing and legal firms. Whether dealing with retail units, office buildings, industrial premises or mixed-use developments, judges will look for expertise across any of the following areas: commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, investment properties or complex commercial transactions.

Your application should provide metrics and testimonials where possible and cover all or any of the following:

  • Demonstrable progress in team strategy and performance
  • Strong commercial awareness and high technical standards
  • A commitment to staff development and wellbeing
  • Effective use of technology
  • Evidence of client satisfaction

This regional category celebrates exceptional conveyancing teams operating in Northern England. Judges will be looking for firms that combine outstanding technical expertise with deep knowledge of their local property market, strong community connections and commitment to serving clients in their region. Show us how your team delivers excellence in conveyancing while contributing to the Northern property market and supporting your local community.

This is for someone who excels at managing the specific challenges of new build transactions, maintains excellent relationships with developers and buyers, shows deep understanding of new build processes and documentation, and consistently delivers exceptional results in this specialist area of conveyancing. This individual must specifically work with new build developments and be able to demonstrate (with evidence where possible):

Judges will look for evidence of exceptional communication, proactive client updates, accessible and responsive service, effective complaint handling and consistently positive client feedback. This firm must demonstrate and provide evidence where possible:

  • Strong technical understanding of conveyancing and property law
  • Clear commitment to acting in the client’s best interests
  • A culture built around outstanding customer service
  • Evidence of resolving issues to deliver excellent outcomes
  • Strong client satisfaction, reviews or case study examples

The future is bright, and it starts here. Dedicated to young talent under 35 (on the date of the ceremony – please include date of birth in nomination) in the residential conveyancing and housebuliding profession, individuals with 5 years’ experience or less who are making their mark and driving positive change. This award celebrates someone who demonstrates exceptional potential, shows initiative and innovation beyond their years, has achieved notable accomplishments early in their career and displays commitment to professional development and the future of conveyancing. Are you the rising star who’s shaking things up? This is your moment to shine and be recognised as the next generation of conveyancing leaders! 

This individual must be 35 years or under on the date of the ceremony, have 5 years or less of experience and be able to demonstrate (with evidence where possible):  

  • Exceptional technical ability for their level of experience 
  • Strong commitment to self-development and learning 
  • Evidence of delivering high-quality client care 
  • Innovative thinking and contribution to best practice 
  • Initiative and confidence in challenging situations 

Recognising suppliers to the conveyancing industry who provide exceptional innovation, compliance support and value to conveyancing firms. This category is open to search providers, AML/ID verification services, report providers, technology platforms and other service providers. Judges will look for suppliers that demonstrate innovative solutions, outstanding customer support, commitment to helping firms reduce risk and improve efficiency, strong compliance credentials and measurable impact on helping conveyancers deliver better outcomes for their clients.

The winner of this award must clearly demonstrate (with evidence where possible):

  • Clear explanation of the issue the product/service addresses
  • Evidence the solution enhances workflow or client experience
  • Strong engagement and adoption within the profession
  • Demonstrable impact on risk reduction, efficiency or compliance
  • A clear development roadmap informed by user feedback

The Judging Process

  • Independent Assessment: Each judge reviews their allocated categories privately and confidentially, awarding points based on how well entries meet the published criteria
  • Conflict of Interest Management: All judges must declare any conflicts of interest with entries they’ve been assigned and will be withdrawn from that category accordingly
  • Shortlisting: Once all judges’ points are collated, the shortlist is determined and will be announced on The Conveyancing Awards website and social channels week commencing Monday 13th April 2026.
  • Quality Standards: The judging panel reserves the right to withdraw a category if insufficient entries meet the minimum expectations or criteria
  • Final Decision: The judges’ decision is absolute and final in all cases
  • Winner Announcement: Winners will be revealed live at The Conveyancing Awards 2026 ceremony at The Londoner Hotel on 14th May 2026.
