The Conveyancing Awards is a new national awards programme celebrating excellence, innovation and best practice across the UK property sector. Founded by Globespan Media (organiser of the prestigious WhatHouse? Awards), the Awards recognise the firms, professionals, housebuilders and industry partners shaping the future of property.
With 14 carefully curated categories, the Awards spotlight outstanding individuals and teams, regional excellence, exceptional client care and the innovations transforming the property sector. Judged by a panel of respected industry experts, the Awards reflect the collaborative and evolving nature of the sector.
The inaugural Conveyancing Awards will take place on Thursday 14 May 2026 at The Londoner Hotel, Leicester Square. Beginning from 6.30pm, the evening will feature drinks, a five star dinner, an exciting awards presentation and post-ceremony celebrations, bringing the industry together for a memorable night of recognition and networking.

Hosted at the stunning Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square, the evening will feature a drinks reception, a sumptuous dinner, live entertainment, and the much-anticipated awards ceremony.
As well as discovering the first ever award winners and enjoying an indulgent three-course meal, guests at The Conveyancing Awards will be able to enjoy pre- and post-dinner receptions, including a specially crafted cocktail for the event (thanks Stewart Title for lending your name to this!). There’ll also be a DJ, charity auction, photobooth and some yet-to-be-announced surprises that will ensure an unforgettable evening!
